Permissionless networks are finally doing the obvious, boring thing: connecting to a Visa card. Once the rails work, the next problem is distinguishing machine money from human money.

The last mile frictions of crypto are disappearing, mostly because permissionless networks are finally doing the obvious, boring thing: admitting that the most useful thing you can do with a blockchain—for now!—is connect it to a Visa card.

But once the rails work, the problem shifts. As AI scales, we need to distinguish “machine money from “human money”. @worldnetwork’s proof of personhood may just be the compliance layer for the AI age: the only way to prove a transaction—or a post—was made by a person.
